I vaguely remember this skit from waaaaay back. A couple is looking for directions in New England, and the group of people they ask have blow-up necks (like frogs) and occasionally say "Pepperidge Farm."
Yeah, not a lot to go on, but that's all I remember. Can anybody help me out? Was this even an SNL skit? It's been driving me crazy for years.

Yes It is from the nineties if I am correct, SNL skit.
no it's from the seventies unless you saw a rerun of this. I remember clearly watching this as a child back in the seventies. it could be an snl skit. I was kind of thinking it was on the hee haw show, but it could have been snl. there was also a show called Fridays that had skits like that on it.
It was Saturday Night Live from back in the 70s or early 80s. If I recall correctly Dan Ackroyd was one of the guys and yes, they had the dewlaps under their chins. It was a bizarre skit that popped up every now and then.
Thanks. I Did Like Him In Those Too. Like If You Stick A You Know Model Of The Empire State Building, Yeah, Up Your Nose I Hate It When That Happens.
I think one of the gaglines was
"Pepperidge Fahm, ye-ah.
For me to know and for you to find out."
