I have brought T-Cut Color Fast to remove a slight scuff on the car which it worked great, I am just wondering if T-cutting the whole car is ok and won't damage any of the protective layers?
Thanks
Ben

T Cut is not used professionally - it is too abrasive. G3 and MOP - also use an alcahol based wax remover first.
Oh and take your time doing one panel only at a time and do a decent job.
Wax afterwards - I would suggest Farecla Wax Top which you can get on the internet from Amazon.
You can do the whole car. It will make a big difference, but you should only do this very occasionally as you are in fact removing some of the paint layer each time (just look at the cloths afterwards). You must also put a good quality polish on afterwards to protect the paint as much as possible.
T cut is a very fine abrasive so wont damage the paint, but what it will do is leave it raw, once done you'll need to protect the finish with a polish.
Sunlight and oxygen react with the paint, that's what causes the fade in the first place.
Forget the faff answers!! T-cut only removes athin layer of paint. Most cars have dozens and dozens of layers. So don't worry!! Also t-cut takes scratches out of dvd's and cd's. good luck
You would be better off using G3 which is a polish designed to restore paint, and use a MOP (machine operation polisher) this will restore your paint to near factory condition
