Liters and kilograms measure two different quantities, volume and mass. The relationship that connects the two is density.
D = m / V
The liter was defined in terms of water, with 1 L of water being the quantity with a mass of 1 kg. It's why water has a density of 1 g / mL. But this only works for water. 1 kg of iron will not have a volume of 1 L

337LITER=KG
one liter of petrol
it depends on what type of liquid it is.
Generally, water is 1Kg for every Liter- so you are correct.
However, some liquid are either denser or less dense than water, and so would have varied weights.
litter and kilogram are directly proportional to each other .1 kg is equal to 1 litter.
For water it is
1L = 1 Kg
For rest of the liquid u have to sort out
