Yes, I believe you can love a person no matter what gender they are. It's all about the personality. This doesn't mean, however, that they can be with both at the same time. Not all bisexuals want both. I'm bi and I have a boyfriend who I'm very much in love with and though I'm still attracted to females, I don't wish to have a relationship with anyone except my boyfriend.
Sure she can - she can like ( the key word ) anyone that she wants to, but if the relationship goes into a sexual nature, with a person of the same gender, then they would both be an abomination to what God commands
