I live in England, and the weather has been so much hotter than usual, but the air is really dense and sticky, extremely humid. It's been like this for about 2 weeks now, and I've constantly got a headache, feeling queasy (it's not sun stroke because I do not go out in the sun) and feeling really tired. I just can't be bothered doing anything! I think I will do something, and it takes me about an hour or so to get up and do it. My eyes feel heavy and I just can't be bothered! Is this because of the weather? Thanks

Yes - it's the weather! My problem isn't so much the current outside temperature, it is the temperature inside my flat which is like a furnace. I don't have air conditioning, and nothing I do, whether I leave the windows shut or open them, seems to make a blind bit of difference. I'm really fed up with this heat now - a week or so of cool, rainy weather would be a major relief. I've been feeling tired and slightly dizzy, with a mild stomach upset as well. The only thing you can really do to cope is to drink lots of water or cold drinks and have frequent cool (not freezing cold) showers.
I have no answer but yes I feel tired when the weather changes from cold to hot or hot to cold I get headache and some times my bones hurt . But I notice once my body makes the adjustment I am ok .
its our summer time, lets enjoy the hot weather before October Novemeber arrive then its back to the boring weather of the UK. In hot weather in the UK its more sticky as you say than if you go abroad where the heat is dry and bearable, there is nothing you can do other than just try to keep cool, buy a fan or keep your windows open. the heat drains you i know as i have felt the same. drink plenty of fluid like water or dilute drinks, avoid alcohol as that just makes you more dry. hope this helps.
Yes everyone's feeling like this, we're just not used to hot weather in the UK.
Soon everyone will be complaining that it's too cold lol
