Sleep in a bed you own. Like if you make a bed in Sanctuary you'll get it every time, regardless of how long you sleep

You obtain the Well Rested perk for 8 in-game hours, after you sleep for any amount of time in one of your settlements. Rented rooms also get you the perk.

you sleep for over 10 hours in any bed and that is what my wife did
