Why do they not vet them prior to ask if there is anything in their past that will come out. Emily must have forgotten about this and a friend has made a lot of money as where else did they get the video from?
The Sun must pay someone to dig up dirt and traul the net for stuff as well!
No empathy happy slapping is bullying at a new level and if she had not of walked she would have been pushed the X factor would have had no choice as what message would it send out "We condone bullying"
Butter would melt in her mouth when she was telling us all obout her illness and sympathy votes flooded in.
I hope Sharon can bring back Kimberly and it serves Emily right.
Edit: Wonder how Emily feels by being happy slapped in full view of the Uk shite good! Expect her grovel in tommorows sunday papers!!
It was announced yesterday that she will no longer take part in the program. There are events like that going on in our streets everyday and no one bothers the only reason there has been any reaction to this is because she has been on the TV. Yes she should be prosecuted but I doubt it will happen she may be given a warning by the police but thats probably it. She may not be continuing on X factor but she will certainly be getting a lot of publicity from this and it will be interesting to see if she uses it to her advantage. An apology and a stand against bullying would be a good idea.
I'm shocked that emily did that. You wouldn't think so, her looking so innocent and all on the show. She should be ashamed of herself. If she actually thought about what her actions would lead to she would be still persuing her dream today.
It's sad really that its her fault she will probably end of working in tescos instead of singing. She should be prosecuted. She needs to learn a lesson.
To some, it may just be another boring story about a 'celebrity non-entity', but forget the X-Factor angle, what on earth are teenagers doing to each other? I would like to know WHY she felt the need to behave like this. And I aslo hope the victim in this is OK.
And the other ones standing around watching and filming. Good on them. Perhaps other people will simply stand there and film them in a crisis. These are our future, people. Euthenasia please.
If the x-factor wanted more viewers they should have told her she was expelled and the reasons why on live TVwithout previous warning, to see how she likes a "psycological happy slap" in front of millions.
I replied to a similar question yesterday. From what I read she was doing quite well, nearly had it all and thrown it away because her head is so very empty,or should I say full of sh*t?Ever wondered why no one goes happy slapping against a bigger person than them ?Thats the proof that they bullies!
she lacks the Ali Shuffle and the power of Tyson, so she needs lessons and who directed that video they both should be prosecuted are they members of the actors union?

I despise her as a human being.

I don't think she'll be prosecuted, but she deserved to be booted out of the show, and NOT given the chance to leave by choice.
yes but only as a example,
she lacks the Ali Shuffle and the power of Tyson, so she needs lessons and who directed that video they both should be prosecuted are they members of the actors union?
I hope so.
But i dont think she will be.
My daughter has been the victim of this sort of thing on 5 occasions now. It is totally demoralising and damaging for the victim.
Each time the police have been involved and charged the people involved but as usual they get counselling!
Thank you for sharing that. I had missed that in the newspapers and tonight I would have been wondering what was going on.
I admire Simon for his stance on the dismissal, being fifteen is no excuse for what she has done. At that age we all know right from wrong.
Well done Simon Cowell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
