I found a couple never-opened packages of cake and icing (still in the original bag and the packages inside) and I am wondering if they are still good. They are probably at least 3 years old. I read somewhere they are non-perishable and there is no expiration date on them. I used to love those cakes, so I'm wondering if its still okay to eat.
And, is there a way to make it in the microwave or a real oven? I don't feel like pulling out my old easy-bake oven.
Aggiornamento:So I put the cake in a muffin tin and its in the oven right now... I'll let you know if I die.

Hey!
Alright, so the packages should still be good to eat. In fact, I found like 5-year-old packs of easy-bake oven mix... I ate it... :D It was yummy and I didn't get sick. (:
And I'm sure they will bake in a real oven, just keep an eye on them and keep them in the real oven until they look... edible. hahaha :P

I think it's fine but, I think you need the easy-bake oven. (metal is not microwaveable so don't put those little tins in the microwave) lol!
