Hi,
Is the fan actually running when the pc boots as if it isn't the cpu is going to overheat and burn out?
The beeps that you get are a code as to what is wrong so see this site for a guide :-

It could be that the 250watt psu is not man enough for the job but that depends on what other hardware it has to run.

Change the PSU NOW! Get a 450W as a minimum, but I'd go for 550W. A 250W PSU is not designed to power this sort of kit. That's a lot of power being dissipated under the hood. Make sure the CPU is mounted correctly using a smear of silicone grease. Gently reseat the memory and Video card. Get the cooler instructions out again.
The motherboard has no means of detecting besides the fact that if the fan is on or not. Now, that being pronounced you may rule off the fan project. i've got faith the reason your computer shutdown could be because of fact of one or greater of here: a) If it incredibly is your first time working a interest the CPU might have overheated and in maximum circumstances brought about the computer to shutdown. at times (very rearly) the CPU might have been destroyed yet I notably doubt this. b) the computer close down you're saying? perhaps it became a cable from the back of the device that had brought about this. A "No sign detected" is an issue-unfastened errors for one in all those scenario. c) electric powered failure - it incredibly is brought about via one countless computer compoments and brought about the computer to shutdown or in all threat malfunction. considering which you have new products I propose attempting in a dummy CPU to work out if it works. you may bypass to a working laptop or computer save and ask to objective a CPU in the previous you purchase it to work out if it resolves the project. i wish I helped ~
