should I get a leopard gecko, a crested gecko, or a bearded dragon? I already have a ball python and a corn snake and I really want to get a lizard so just tell me which one I should get. Thanks
Bearded dragons are the best for handling and they are probably the most prestigous pet on your list. They also require a more comlicated diet then the geckos you listed. They very fun to watch though especially if you have two in the same tank.
The Leopard gecko is a good starter lizard. Easy to take care of; basic lizard.
The crested gecko is my personal favorite on your list. They get decently big, I personally think they look the coolest, they're pretty easy to take care of and handle, very friendly (unlike some leopard geckos), and the best part: they can climb up walls! Haha. Very entertaining.
Oh wow. You know, I'm sick of people saying to get the bearded dragon. Why? Maybe because some people have budgets! Also, even if you didn't have a budget, bearded dragons cost way more to feed and don't live as long as Leopard Geckos. So I say go with Leopard Geckos. One time, I had to give away my bearded dragon because it costs around 50.00 a month for crickets! So take that x 12, and you get $600 per year!!!! If you get a leo, it will only cost 40.00 per year! Even though Bearded Dragons can be tamer than leos, leos are nicer at some times. Plus, Bearded Dragons need a 40 gallon breeder at the bare minimum! While a pair can do OK, not awesome but ok in a 10 gallon tank! So get the Leopard Gecko!!!!!!
u should get a leopard ggecko. i had one this mornin but my cat tipped over the tank and ate it. eos are great for begginners and are great handlin pets after the first week of owning them. they dont bite and are low maitennance.
