My mum won't let me get rid of it even after I plucked it I think if I estimate I have been plucking it for almost a year, and with that year she keeps shouting at me frequently like every 3 weeks in random moments, even after I told her that some people make fun of me she still doesn't care my dad doesn't even notice. Will it be thinner than before. Or is there other stuff I can do that makes it thinner don't suggest waxing/threading.

Plucking does the same thing as waxing or threading--it pulls the hair out by the roots, but it always grows back again. If you've been plucking this thing for a year, I don't see why it's still there. Keep plucking it, and you can get some peroxide at the drug store and try to bleach it. If it's lighter, it won't be as noticeable.
This may win the prize for one of the most ridiculous criticisms I have ever heard. Your mother is opposed to you plucking the extra, ugly, unnecessary, and silly-looking hairs out of your eyebrows. Give me a break. No one in their right mind wants to have a "uni-brow". It looks retarded. Go ahead a pluck, but check daily for new growth. Don't pluck and then allow it to grow back. That is how you maintain a neat, well-groomed look. When you have money of your own, you can get laser treatments to permanently remove the excess.
Mommy probably just wants you to be happy with who you are but you're clearly not and that can set you back, just try find a safe way to get rid of it, laser stuff sounds good. Best of luck
Go get it threaded it last for a long time
The only way to stop hair growth is to get laser.
When your mother rants, just ignore her.
It's your face, your body, your choice.
just get rid of it, your mom can't force your head to regrow it..
wtf just secretly shave it off and use a hat or head band when your in your house
