I am 20 years old, and have a severe problem, i am overwelmed and dont even know what to do with myself, if any of yall have had a personal experience that i can talk to, would help me a bunch
First of all it's very courageous of you to admit you have a problem with alcohol. First, I would suggest joining AA. They are very supportative and all recovering alcoholics. If your problem is very severe see about checking into a in patient treatment center.
Well, gotta have some will power, first thing is get rid of the booze at your house, and then start working out, REALLY HARD. Seriously, worked for me when I wanted to stop drinking for basketball. I just got rid of my available booze, and then ran a few miles a day till i was sore, dehydrated, and felt nausea and tired all over, when all you feel like doing is sleeping and chugging gallons of water, liquor doesn't sound all that appealing.
