I have some question
Do you have to blend the powder or you can stir it with a spoon and do you have to use water or milk.. Is it ok to use milk instead of water for whey protein? Also Do you need to put any fruit in or not?
I know you have to drink it for post workout but can you drink it before workout for more energy or no?

You can blend it however the hell you want. Just do what mixes it best.
Mixing it with milk generally makes it taste better and can add more calories, which is always good when trying to build muscle. Water helps you digest and absorb the protein slightly faster.
You can put in fruit if you want...it's not necessary.

You're going to want to use milk. And for the best results, drink the protein RIGHT once you're done working out. Any method of thoroughly mixing it is fine. No fruit is needed. That's what I've done. It works. Also, for teenagers, if you drink this before you go to bed, in addition to after you work out, it helps build muscle and get rid of any unwanted fatty tissue.

If u during or eat protein without any special exercises or if you mix protein with some kind of food it will bring too much harm for your health and body. Buy one of those bottles, the plastic one and you put water and continue to shake it until the sand like piece of the shake dissolves with the water. You can do before workout but it's not as beneficial, you should like eat a banana or something to give a small energy boost.
i stir the powder i use water, milk is pretty fat lol , i don't think fruit is necessary for energy before a workout i would recommend creatine
i usually get the vanilla whey protein mix and use skim milk and blend it with some ice
makes sort of a shake and if you plug your nose you can pretend it tastes good! :)
dont use 1gm per pound it could really end up being bad for ur kidneys and stuff unless ur an athlete that is serious... just take it like 10 min or so after a workout dont wait so long....and maybe take one in the morning...this is what i did
