Many things could happen. You can have simple problems like constipation or diarrhea and skin blemishes and dry hair and splitting/breaking fingernails to ---- more serious things like vitamin deficiencies, vision problems, fatigue. I don't know of all things off hand but obviously, it's essential to TRY to eat a balanced diet, at least. Even vegetarians have to be careful in "balancing" and supplementing what they eat.
if we do not take a balanced diet it will harm both our physical and mental state. we will even get deficiency diseases which include night blindness scurvy,rickets , weak bones and sterility , delaying of blood clotting and many more scary diseases.we may also get obese . so please do take a very good balanced diet to keep yourself very healthy.
