I'm trying to purchase something from out of country (which I haven't had a problem with thus far) and it keeps popping up:
"PayPal gateway has rejected request. You do not have permissions to make this API call (#10002: Authentication/Authorization Failed)."
This pops up every time I try to confirm to going to the the PayPal sign in. I've made 3 other purchases through PayPal over the last 24 hrs if that helps any, and they were fine. This is my first time using this site to purchase a cosplay outfit so I don't know if it's my account or the site itself.
