Working out is basically attempting to work your muscles so hard that they form little tiny tears, which are then repaired, stronger than before. If you don't lift often, or are lifting a larger amount of weight than you are used to, it can feel pretty suckish the next few days. Take it a little easier. What's most important is number of reps, not weight.
Arm Hurts After Lifting Weights
Well, it's because you aren't used to all the exursurtion. And the heavy lifting. Doing it more often and for a while would help get your muscles into the
Routine of the workout and won't be as tender. I play basketball, and my legs hurt alot. But your muscles with always have some tenderness but it'll become
Less noticeable. Hope this helps! :) good luck.
It's normal. Your muscle fibers tear and rebuild. It hurts more when you first start or after you take a break from the gym.
its normal...you just get soreness feeling which means your muscles tear and repair...just get enough healthy calories, protein, carbs and all that other stuff in your body if you want to grow.
