Is it possible to install Neogamma/WAD Manager channel on Wii without the HomeBrewChannel?

I've come to the end of the road with trying to get HBC onto 4.3

If I can't do these things without HBC I'll need to wait for a bannerbomb 4.3 which I'm not doing.

No you have to hack you Wii with one of the exploits to be able to use or install Wad manager or something else. The HBC just allows you to run those apps without having to do an exploit every time. Go rent Smash Bros brawl and install the HBC.
